Black-Eyed Pea Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 1 cup black-eyed peas cooked
  • 1 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ tsp cayenne powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt Celtic Sea Salt or Redmond Real Salt

Instructions
 

  • Toss everything into a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Leave at room temperature for a couple hours to let all the flavors infuse.
