Ingredients

  • 1 tomato diced
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ bell pepper
  • 1 cup black-eyed peas cooked

  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ tsp cayenne powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt Celtic Sea Salt or Redmond Real Salt
