Our favorite trail mix recipe packs a serious superfood punch. Customized with your favorite sprouted nuts and seeds, the spices we add are where the nutrition really amps up.
We offer the olive oil, ghee and all of theses specialty seasonings in our on-site retail store. The Pluck seasoning is a rich source of organ meat disguised in a flavorful powder. Pepper Salt is one of Dr. Krail-Javier’s favorite seasonings of all time! It includes salt, and pepper blended with a mix of other sweet and mildly spicy peppers.

Sprouted Superfood Trail Mix

Ingredients
- 2 cups nuts Sprouted
- 1 cup seeds sprouted
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp ghee A2/A2, grass-fed
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Pluck seasoning
- ½ tsp wild ramp powder
- ½ tsp Pepper Salt
Instructions
- Mix nuts and seeds of your choice in a bowl.
- Melt ghee and mix with olive oil.
- Add seasonings to oil mixture and stir.
- Pour over nuts and seed and mix well.
- Enjoy!
