chicken
cooked, boneless

tbsp
almond flour

egg
pastured, organic

onion
diced

tbsp
butter
salt, pepper, herbs
to taste
Instructions
You can make in a food processor or just chop everything very fine.
Mix chicken, onion, egg and herbs until well blended.
Add half of the almond flour along with salt and pepper and mix until combined.
Using your hands, shape into small pancakes.
If the mixture is hard to shape, add in more almond flour a little at a time until it's easier to handle.
Fry in butter over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
