Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • ½ cup lemon juice fresh
  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Salad

  • 3 bunches flat leaf parsley de-stemmed and chopped fine
  • 3 bunches curly parsley de-stemmed and chopped fine
  • 1 cup cilantro de-stemmed and chopped fine
  • 1 cup tomatoes cherry, diced
  • ½ cup hemp seeds raw
  • ½ cup red onion chopped fine
  • 5 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add all salad ingredients and toss well.
