Recipe: Dragon Breath Garlic Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ea lemons juiced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil extra virgin
  • ½ inch ginger peeled (or 1-2 drops essential oil)
  • ½ inch turmeric peeled (or 1 tsp powder)
  • 1-4 cloves garlic as much as you can stand!
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey raw (optional)
  • 1 cup water filtered, cold

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until all solids are liquefied.
  • Drink on an empty stomach once a day to "keep the doctor away"!
