Ingredients
- 2 ea lemons juiced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil extra virgin
- ½ inch ginger peeled (or 1-2 drops essential oil)
- ½ inch turmeric peeled (or 1 tsp powder)
- 1-4 cloves garlic as much as you can stand!
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp honey raw (optional)
- 1 cup water filtered, cold
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until all solids are liquefied.
- Drink on an empty stomach once a day to "keep the doctor away"!
