The method is easy. Simply gently melt all solid ingredients and then mix in the rest until smooth. Pour into a dish or fun molds if you have them and place in the refrigerator or freezer to firm up.   1. Nutty Cacao
  • 1 cup coconut oil, extra virgin
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup nut butter of your choice
  • pinch of sea salt
  • stevia drops to taste if desired

2. Honey Caramel

  • 1/2 cup butter or ghee
  • 1/2 honey, raw, local
  • pinch of sea salt

3. Zesty Lemon

  • 1/3 cup coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1 lemon juiced (you can also add the zest if you want a stronger lemon flavor)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • stevia drops to taste if desired
