Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks raw, pastured
- 2 tsp honey raw, local
- pinch sea salt Redmond Real Salt or Celtic
Instructions
- First separate the egg yolks from the whites.
- Reserve the whites for another recipe.
- Add the yolks and honey to a stand mixer. You can also use a hand mixer or a blender.
- Whip up for 15-20 minutes until the eggs emulisify and the mixture becomes thick.
- Eat right way or let it sit in the refrigerator to thicken further. You can even pop it in the freezer for a refreshing frozen treat.
