Recipe: Organ Dense Meatloaf

Did you know that organ meats are one of the most nutritionally dense foods on the planet? Organs such as liver, heart, and kidneys are rich in essential nutrients like B vitamins, especially B12, vitamin C, iron, CoQ10, magnesium, selenium, zinc, iodine, copper, and phosphorous. Organ meats also supply quality protein, beneficial fatty acids such as EPA, DHA and arachidonic acid and high levels of the vital fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K making this recipe a nutrient-packed dish that supports overall health and wellness. In fact, compared to muscle meats, organ meats supply much higher quantities of vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients without throwing off the delicate balance of amino acids required for optimal body function. Adding just small amounts of organ meats to your ground meat dishes will turn your meal into a superfood. But, always make sure they come from happy heathy animals that live out outside in the sunlight and eat green grass. Not keen on eating organ meats? Try this recipe for a delicious introduction that may just change your mind.
