Honey Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb carrots baby
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin, organic
  • 2 tbsp honey raw
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • to taste sea salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a medium pan.
  • Add the carrots and cook 5-6 minutes or until they are tender.
  • Drain the water, but leave the carrots and return to medium heat.
  • Add oil, honey, and lemon juice.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes or until the glaze coats thickens.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
