Raw Cashew Greek No-Gurt

Ingredients
- 1½ cups cashews raw, organic
- 1¼ cups water filtered
- 2 tbsp honey raw
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- pinch pinch sea salt
- ¼ tsp probiotic powder or 2 capsules opened up we use SP-Prosynbiotic or EnteroPro
Instructions
- Pour warm water to cover cashews and let sit for at least an hour.
- Next, drain water and put cashews along with the rest of the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Pour into a bowl and cover with a cloth.
- Store in a warm area (a dehydrator is perfect) for 24-28 hours. The longer you leave it, the tangier it will get.
- When it starts to look foamy and is coming away from the sides of the bowl, it is ready. It should have a strong but pleasant tangy smell! Stir or well or smooth it out in the blender again if desired.
- Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Get creative. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings upon serving! We love fresh fruit, raw, sprouted nuts, raw cacao nibs or gogi berries!
